Order by mail via check or money order, Hidden Treasures Ltd. PO Box 96, Northvale, NJ 07647 or via telephone at 201-784-1469 (telephone orders require faxed verification).

Please make your checks and money orders payable to "Hidden Treasures Ltd." And be sure to include your full address, phone number. Note: Clearance time applies to personal and business checks. Credit Card orders require name, address, phone number, expiration date.

 

Shipping & Sales Tax:
Shipping will be determined by weight and destination of your order. Shipping will automatically be calculated at checkout for a UPS shipment. Shipping is done by UPS, Fedex or USPS based on destination.

Additional Shipping charges may occur depending on location for International Customers.

NJ residents will be charged a 7% sales tax.


Special Order Policy:
All Special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before orders can be initiated. Product delivery timeframe will depend on specific crafter and can not be guaranteed by Hidden Treasures Ltd. If for any reason we are unable to provide product due to a crafter default we will in these circumstances only, after ample time has bee given to the crafter to fulfill their obligations, provide a credit for your convenience. No cancellations or return of product will be allowed or accepted.


Preorder Policy:
Placement of all pre-orders denotes acceptance of the following conditions:
1. No cancellations or returns by customer on pre-orders (no exceptions).
2. All pre-orders are subject to manufacturers delay, availability, and allocation.
3. Full Payment is due when placing order, we accept Visa, MC, Discover, Amex, check, or MO; credit cards will be charged at the time of order
placement.
4. Additional shipping charges may be incurred if multiple items ordered cannot be shipped together due to manufacturer's shipping schedule.
5. Price reflected at date of order will be final price, no changes for market fluctuations will be allowed, whether in the customers favor or ours.
6. Please do not place a pre-order if you do not agree to the conditions above. Thank you!


Handcrafted Items:
We feature wonderful handcrafted items designed by skilled crafts people. Some items my vary slightly in color due to variations in paint or the mood of the painter; we feel this just adds to the charm. Fabrics may vary depending upon availability. With some of our items, quantities are limited. Handcrafted items may take longer for delivery. Sizes may vary somewhat. Also, many tin and metal country products are aged to look rusty or black, as though old. Chips are normal on these agate pieces.


Delivery:
Most orders go out within 10 business days of receipt. Due to weight and size restrictions, express shipping may not be available for large orders or to certain destinations. All orders require a physical address for delivery. Back-ordered items will be shipped when available at no additional shipping charge. Some items will require a separate order and may incur an additional shipping charge.


Furniture :
Furniture may require an additional charge for shipping and may need to be drop shipped or shipped separately from other items ordered. Drop shipped items can take 6-8 weeks for delivery.


Return Policy:
General Merchandise 7 Day Return Policy
Hidden Treasures Ltd. has a 7-day return policy (except as noted below) on general merchandise. If you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 7 days in the original packaging and original condition and we will give you your choice of a refund or exchange. Please Note: Handmade to Order and Special Orders are not included on this return policy. See below for return instructions. Shipping charges are not refundable.


Collectibles Return Policy:
Due to the collectible nature of our many collectibles including Ty products we regret that we are not able to accept returns on these collectibles. All sales of Collectible items are final.


Damaged Items:
All items are inspected prior to shipment and are shipped insured. We are not responsible for damage incurred in shipping. If your package is damaged in shipment, you must save all packing materials and contact the carrier (1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877) immediately. DO NOT RETURN THE PACKAGE TO US, but do contact us and let us know that there is a problem so that we may follow up with the carrier.


Exchanges, Credits, and Returns:
You must Contact us by email prior to returning any item so that a Return Authorization Number can be issued. Please include your order number, name and items ordered in the email. Merchandise returned without a Return Authorization Number will be charged a restocking fee of 25% of your entire order and/or returned to sender. Once you have a Return Authorization Number, please return item in original packaging and condition. Please be sure to write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box and send the package postpaid and insured. Include a copy of your invoice as well as a note explaining the reason for the return. Please allow up to 30 days from the date of receipt for processing of returns and credits.


Shipping Rates & Information:
All orders processed through our website will have shipping rates automatically calculated at checkout based on regular sized items and weights. Oversize packages or those to be shipped to some destinations may require higher shipping charges. We will notify you via email if your order is subject to additional freight charges.
